Welcome to Saga Lifestyle. By using our website or placing an inquiry or order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern our OEM, private label, custom manufacturing, and bulk production services.

1. Customer Design Confidentiality

We respect your intellectual property. All designs, logos, specifications, samples, and product concepts shared with Saga Lifestyle remain confidential. We do not reproduce, sell, or share your proprietary designs with any third party without your written permission.

2. Product Development

Customers must provide complete product specifications, artwork, or reference samples for custom manufacturing. Any modifications to existing designs should be communicated before sample approval. Bulk production will begin only after the final sample is approved.

3. Materials

Products can be manufactured using our sourced materials or materials supplied by the customer. Material selection may affect pricing, production time, and product specifications.

4. Sample Development

Sample production generally takes 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will remake the sample at no additional cost. Customer-requested revisions after sample completion may incur additional charges.

5. Pricing & Payment

All quotations are based on product specifications, quantity, materials, and customization requirements. An advance payment is required to begin production, with the remaining balance payable before shipment or as mutually agreed.

6. Production & Delivery

Production timelines depend on order quantity, material availability, and customization requirements. While we strive to meet agreed schedules, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control may occur. Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

7. Quality Assurance

Every order undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. Minor variations in leather texture, grain, or color are natural characteristics and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations after production has started may not be possible and could result in additional costs. Any requested modifications are subject to mutual agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Saga Lifestyle shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or material shortages.

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version published on our website will apply to all future inquiries and orders.
